By joining the platform, users agree to:

• Contribute ₹1,000 per month
• Continue contributions for a mandatory period of 24 months
• Maintain an active membership status to access benefits and platform opportunities

The membership contribution is mandatory and users are expected to make timely monthly payments.

Users must ensure monthly payments are completed on time.

Missed Payments

If a user misses any monthly contribution:

• The account may become temporarily inactive
• The user will not be eligible to participate in monthly lucky draw events
• Certain platform benefits may be paused until dues are cleared

Users may reactivate participation by clearing pending dues, subject to platform policies.

Once enrolled in the membership plan:

• Users cannot cancel their membership during the active plan period
• Membership contributions are non-refundable
• Partial refunds will not be provided under any circumstances

By joining the platform, users acknowledge and accept these conditions.

Upon successful completion of the 24-month membership period, users become eligible to purchase products available on the Platform.

Membership savings are intended solely for shopping purposes on the platform and cannot be withdrawn as cash.

Wallet Withdrawal

• Wallet balance can be withdrawn to the user’s registered bank account

• Processing timelines may vary depending on banking systems and verification requirements

All content, branding, logos, software, designs, trademarks, and materials associated with 24k Dreams Mart remain the exclusive property of Bestpriceindia Private Limited. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

The Company shall not be liable for:

• Payment gateway failures
• Banking delays
• Technical interruptions
• Network issues
• Third-party service failures
• User negligence

Users agree to use the platform at their own discretion.

The Company reserves the right to:

• Update referral structures
• Change reward systems
• Revise platform functionality
• Update these Terms at any time

Updated Terms will be published on the Platform.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
