1Membership Contribution Policy

24k Dreams Mart operates a structured savings and shopping membership plan. Under the membership plan:

  • Users are required to contribute ₹1,000 per month;
  • The contribution period is 24 months;
  • Monthly contributions are mandatory to maintain active membership status;
  • Contributions are intended for participation in the platform’s shopping eligibility, rewards, and member benefits.

2Cancellation Policy

Membership Cancellation

Once a user successfully enrolls in the membership plan:

  • Membership cancellation is not permitted;
  • Users cannot terminate participation midway through the membership period;
  • Membership benefits remain governed by platform eligibility rules.

By joining the platform, users voluntarily agree to participate in the full membership tenure.

Account Inactivity

If a member fails to make the monthly contribution:

  • The account may become temporarily inactive;
  • The user may become ineligible for certain benefits, including monthly lucky draw participation;
  • Membership can be reactivated by clearing pending dues, subject to platform policies.

Inactive status shall not be considered cancellation.

3Refund Policy

Non-Refundable Payments

All payments made through the platform are strictly non-refundable.

No refunds shall be provided for:

  • Monthly membership contributions;
  • Missed monthly payments;
  • Referral-related disputes;
  • Missed lucky draw participation;
  • Inactive membership periods;
  • Voluntary discontinuation of participation;
  • Failure to complete the membership plan.

Users expressly acknowledge and agree that all payments are final upon successful processing.

4Shopping Eligibility & Usage of Savings

Upon successful completion of the 24-month membership period:

  • Members may become eligible to purchase products available on the platform;
  • Savings accumulated under the membership plan are intended exclusively for shopping purposes;
  • Savings cannot be withdrawn in cash or transferred externally.

Product availability may vary and is subject to platform policies.

5Failed or Duplicate Transactions

In cases involving failed payments, duplicate deductions, or technical payment issues, users may contact customer support for verification.

After internal review and payment gateway confirmation, appropriate corrective action may be taken where applicable.

6Referral Wallet Withdrawals

Referral earnings credited to the wallet:

  • May be withdrawn to the user’s registered bank account;
  • Are subject to a minimum withdrawal amount of ₹100;
  • May require verification before processing.

The Company reserves the right to review suspicious, fraudulent, or irregular transactions.

7Modification of Policy

Bestpriceindia Private Limited reserves the right to amend, modify, or update this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon publication on the website or mobile application. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
