24k Dreams Mart is a membership-based savings and shopping platform designed to encourage disciplined monthly contributions, shopping eligibility, referral benefits, and member engagement programs.

The platform is not an investment scheme, deposit scheme, chit fund, financial institution, lottery operator, or gambling platform.

Participation in monthly reward activities is provided solely as a promotional and engagement benefit for eligible members.

The Company may organize monthly lucky draw events for eligible active members.

Eligibility Criteria

Participation is available only to:

• Members with active membership status;
• Users who have completed their mandatory monthly contribution;
• Members whose accounts are in good standing.

Members with overdue payments or inactive accounts may be temporarily disqualified until pending dues are cleared.

Lucky draw prizes may include, but are not limited to:

Prize categories, availability, specifications, models, brands, or values may vary from time to time at the sole discretion of the Company.

The Company reserves the right to:

• Modify prize categories;
• Replace unavailable rewards with equivalent alternatives;
• Postpone, cancel, or reschedule events;

Winners may be selected through a process determined by the Company. The Company reserves sole discretion regarding selection methods, eligibility verification, winner confirmation, and prize distribution timelines.

The Company’s decision regarding winner selection and prize eligibility shall be final and binding.

Before prize disbursement, winners may be required to submit:

• Government-issued identity proof;

Failure to complete verification within the required timeline may result in prize forfeiture.

In accordance with applicable Indian tax laws, including provisions of the Income Tax Act, 1961, Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) may be applicable on lucky draw prizes:

• If the total value of any lucky draw prize exceeds ₹10,000 (Rupees Ten Thousand only), applicable TDS may be deducted as per prevailing laws before prize disbursement or transfer.
• Winners may be required to pay or settle the applicable TDS amount and submit required documents before claiming the prize.
• The Company reserves the right to withhold prize delivery until all applicable tax obligations are fulfilled.
• Winners shall be solely responsible for filing income tax returns and complying with any tax liabilities arising from receipt of prizes.

Where required, TDS certificates or supporting documentation may be provided in accordance with applicable laws.

Members may receive referral rewards for inviting eligible users to join the platform.

Referral Terms:

• Rewards are credited to the member wallet;
• Rewards are subject to verification and successful referral qualification;
• Self-referrals, fake accounts, or fraudulent activities are strictly prohibited.

The Company reserves the right to reject, reverse, withhold, or cancel referral rewards in cases involving suspicious activity or policy violations.

Referral earnings may be withdrawn subject to:

• Minimum withdrawal amount of ₹100;
• Successful account verification;
• Transfer to the registered bank account only.

Withdrawal processing timelines may vary depending on banking and compliance verification.

Participation in referral programs or lucky draw events does not guarantee:

• Prize winnings,
• Fixed earnings,
• Guaranteed rewards,
• Assured financial benefits.

Rewards and promotions are subject to eligibility, availability, and Company policies.

The Company reserves the right to suspend, investigate, or terminate accounts involved in:

• Fake registrations,
• Fraudulent referrals,
• Manipulation of platform systems,
• Misrepresentation or abuse of membership benefits.

Any fraud-related rewards or prizes may be cancelled without notice.

The Company shall not be responsible for:

• Delays in prize delivery;
• Vendor or manufacturer issues;
• Technical disruptions;
• Banking delays;
• User ineligibility due to policy violations.

Participation in reward activities is voluntary and subject to platform rules.
